HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

Christine personally oversees the design of each project, working alongside you from start to finish to ensure your vision is realized and your goals are met. We always begin our projects listening to you, visiting your existing home, understanding how you live and how you want to live.

At the beginning of a project we create multiple hand-drawn sketches to help you envision the look of your home. We then build our consultant team, including structural engineers, mechanical engineers, sustainability consultants, or other team members unique to your project.

We create your construction documents using today’s advanced computer aided drafting, which allows for the easy exchange of information among our consultants. The process of designing and building a home is a rewarding and challenging one. Many decisions are made, including the layout and function of rooms, the sustainability of your construction, system, and material choices, the cost and schedule of your project, and the appearance and character of each aspect of your home. Our mission is to help and guide you through the entire process.

WE SHARE OUR NETWORK WITH YOU

Each project is different and our network of consultants allows us to call upon structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers as needed. Likewise, we are able to assist you with building the rest of your project team, whether you need an interior designer or a landscape architect.

As first executive director of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, the nation’s premiere membership organization of classical and traditional architects, interior designers, landscape architects, artisans, craftspersons, builders, and manufacturers, Christine began developing her extensive network over 25 years ago. Today, as chair of the International Network of Traditional Building, Architecture, and Urbanism USA Chapter and founding member of The Urban Guild, she has extended her network beyond America’s shores. With these long-term relationships, Christine can bring the world’s most renowned and talented professionals to your project.

“Christine Franck is one of Classicism’s most compelling proponents.”
